TRIPS & OUTINGS COMMITTEE
The committee members select places to visit to provide residents with continuing opportunities to learn and to enjoy the world outside our campus.
SIGNING UP FOR A TRIP OR OUTING (Sign ups are in the Resident Business Center at 11:30 a.m. unless otherwise noted.)
When signing up:
Write legibly and complete all the information on the sign up sheets: your apartment number, your extension, AND mobile phone number.
If you sign up on the waitlist, check the list periodically to see if anyone cancels. A committee member will call you the day before to let you know officially if you have moved off the waitlist and can have space on the bus (as well as tickets or whatever else is needed).
If you are unable to attend a trip you have signed up for, please cross off your name. No names should be added to a space with a crossed-off name.
On the day of the trip, we meet in the reception area at least 10-15 minutes before the bus departure time at the designated area, which typically is the Main Entrance.
Be sure to bring your cell phone on the trip.
Please note: Theatre and certain other tickets are nonrefundable.
