Facilities Management is aware that some residents have experienced issues with their Cox Cable box and need to have it replaced. When residents called Cox customer service about this, Cox told residents to contact the on-site staff (Facilities Management) to provide a new box. This is not accurate.
GHBC does not have Cable boxes on hand to replace malfunctioning boxes. We have also asked our Cox representatives if this issue can be resolved.

Identify yourself as a bulk account customer and provide the agent with your address (3440 S. Je?erson Street, Falls Church, VA 22041) and apartment number.
- If you receive a statement with charges from Cox and did not sign up for additional services or channels, please notify Estephanie Rubio or Chris Floyd.
- If you move apartments, please do not take your Cox cable box to your new apartment. The box will not operate in the new location because they are all assigned to each apartment based on the model and serial numbers.
- If a new remote is needed, contact Estephanie or Chris, and staff can assist in reprogramming a new remote.

GHBC's Sunday chapel service on livestream is experiencing technical issues. However, residents can still tune in to Channel 1960 to see a recording of the service as it loops with other programming throughout the day on Sunday.
