Jefferson Dining Room
The Jefferson Dining Room (JDR) is a formal dining room offering a three-course menu, including alternative entrees, sides, and desserts.
The JDR is open for lunch 11:30am - 1:00pm and for dinner 5:00-7:00pm Monday through Saturday. Sunday dinner is from 11:30am-1:30pm. Closed Sunday night.
Reservations are required for dinner. Use “JDR Reservations” on the GHBC website to make your reservations.
The hostess assigns tables, servers take orders at the table, and meals are served in courses.
The salad bar is self-service.
Wine may be ordered from the Lounge. It is available free at dinner on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Residents and guests are expected to dress appropriately: No shorts, T-shirts, blue jeans, hats or caps. Sandals are permissible for women. Guests are asked to hang outerwear in the coat closet across the Atrium.
Fireside is open Wednesday through Sunday 5-8:00 p.m. Closed on Monday and Tuesday.
Fireside is a casual, contemporary dining venue with a grey stone fireplace as the centerpiece of the room.

The menu changes monthly and includes soup, salads, appetizers, pizza (gluten-free flatbread crust is available), and desserts.
Beverages, including alcoholic beverages, may be ordered.
The Bistro is a casual, open-air dining venue with an a la carte menu and self-service features. The patio is a seating option in warm weather.
It is open for continuous service from 7:30 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. daily.
Orders are placed with a cashier; there is NO WAITED service. Guests seat themselves wherever they like; people come and go at tables as space becomes available.
Meal items will be brought to the table from the kitchen as they are prepared.
Residents who are able are expected to pick up beverages. If purchased, a bowl of soup and salad bar options are also self-serve.
Casual attire is acceptable.
